How does cold weather affect arthritis?

People who suffer from arthritis tend to feel more pain during the cold weather as compared to warmer climatic conditions. The symptoms of arthritis become worse during the winter season. They experience less body ache on days which are dry and warm. This happens because of sensitivity to the weather.
